  This month we continued to get demanding letters from National Storage - even after we made payment and sent a receipt of payment. The staff apologised (stating it's a system generated letter)

  If you're moving interstate and don't want to deal with these hassles I recommend going the extra distance and get storage with Kennards

  Paying for storage shouldn't be this difficult. Their facility is good and staff are friendly. But we've asked on numerous occasions to automatically debit our card. It seems this isn't an option. Instead they manually invoice once a month. If you're late on payment be prepared for constant calls and emails (and the threat to cut your lock, sell your belongings and commence legal action) - and this is only a couple of weeks late.
